Jordan

McBriar

Jordan left education and went straight into property, becoming a real estate agent. Seeing a gap in in the market, Jordan launched Adapt Finance alongside his father Mark and honorary uncle Stephen in 2014. Being highly regarded as the young, new face of the bridging industry, he was acknowledged as one of the most influential under 35’s in the industry and was listed in the Financial Power List – the only person to feature in both.

A founding member of FIBA (and still the youngest) he launched the association with the opening speech at BAFTA. Jordan has continued to be a key speaker at many industry events, as well as a judge for all the industry award panels.

Jordan is the CEO of our introducer arm AFIG Partners.
