Adapt are one of the most active short term property finance brokers in the UK with solid foundations in both London & Manchester.

Unquestionably unique and refreshingly different, the constant high standards Adapt achieve have been recognised year after year.

Each member of the team has their own individual brand colour, to allow them to stand out on their own, but seamlessly merge with any other, as does our Adapt chameleon, Frank.

The big man, and everyone’s best friend. He will tirelessly look for any opportunity to make a client happy. He is the original ‘people person’ and selflessly shares his time and efforts to make sure everyone’s expectations are not just met, but superseded. Mark created Adapt following a successful period heading a bridging loan company. Whatever the occasion, or season, Mark is easily spotted, always dressed in a jumper of some kind.

Stephen is affectionately known as the angriest man in the bridging industry, but don’t for one second think that’s for the wrong reasons. Wearing his heart very much on his sleeve (he has a tattoo for that too) he will, and does, fight every client’s battle to reach a satisfactory conclusion. Never one for apologies, but gracefully disappearing when the need arises. Stephens 25 years as an award winning estate agent adds something a little unique to the team.

Jordan is Marks eldest son and has built on his fathers’ solid mortgage foundations and Stephens considerable property experience. This has created the driving force behind the future of Adapt… If you are dealing with Jordan, then you are not only in capable hands but also in extremely likeable ones.

Graham adds another dimension to the Adapt team. A banker for far more years than he chooses to admit, with a recent spell in the legal world, specialising in private wealth. Amongst many things, he has an understanding and appreciation of the lenders perspective, which helps our packaging and risk analysis to be constantly accurate, relevant and user friendly. His experience fits superbly into the Adapt jigsaw, where he looks after company ‘stuff’, our service levels, stability and expansion.

Danielle is Adapts rock - not big, lumpy and dull, but the one who keeps all the Adapt plates spinning, administering our cases with fine precision. Loyal and dependable, Danielle is the one many don’t see, but her presence is never far away from the sharp end.
